My company currently has a flash website. Recently we have been getting spam email from it (which gets sent to my boss). It comes like this:
Subject: jhfgjhf
NAME: FGJFG
COMPANY: FGJH
ADDRESS: FGJH
CITY: FGJH
EMAIL ADRRESS: JHFG
MESSAGE BODY: GJHFGJH
We have an html site as well on the same url and nothing is coming across on that however it is not linked directly to the flash in any way. Can a bot navigate flash? I didnt think they could. Or is this someone that is messing with us? Website is
www.schenkhampton.com.
So, I guess now I have to figure out what my options are.
1. Remove contact us email form from flash
2. Remove contact us from flash and build an html version with captcha or something.
That would fix it if it is a bot. However, if it is someone messing with us then only the top one would fix that problem. Any other solutions?
