1) Project Details: In need of a website where customers can manage freight claims online. Including filing and communicating with carriers electronically that also pull reports and assign a claim number.

2) Payment method/ details: Looking to get a quote for right now, trying to get a ballpark figure.

I would be happy to write up a bid for you, but there's not enough information to make even a ballpark guess on how much it might cost. The devil is in the details, as they say, and the more information you can provide, the more accurate an estimate will be.

More information is needed. The basics of what you're talking about don't seem too complicated, but where things will be really tricky is with properly storing and saving sensitive information. For example, if you need to save and store credit cards or social security card information, you're looking 5 figures easy, possibly 6 figures just to properly secure the server and the data.

Post more info and I'm sure you'll get a couple ballpark figures.
