Looking for Partner w/ Programer team with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, jQuery, HTML skills

I'm in a company that offer a specialized service of Marketing, looking to expand, and we are going to start part of our service based on web technology. We are in the process of hiring a local company to do the work we need, but we also think a joint venture in the business will be a good idea, provided that we could get an agreement in the way to colaborate.

The partner that we are looking for will develop the web solution for us. A % of the profit will be for your company, wether in commission or equity (we would need to talk about best option).

We need that you and your team are proefficient on Ruby on Rails, MySQL, jQuery, and HTML. Also preferably on web design (flash and all kind of stuff). The site must be absolutely frendly and usable by a 5 year old child, even when it will be used mostly by MBA and Phd s.

I have a framework developed on Rails which can be used to develop small/mid applications (on rails). This is working on rails 2.
