esthera can only hope to improve
submit button at the top

Is there anything wrong with putting a submit button at the top of a form as well as on the bottom?

Will the top submit also submit the form?

mark87 is on a distinguished road
As long as the submit button is still within the form and is set to the input type 'submit', yes it will still work the same.

From a usability point of view though, most people would expect the submit button at the bottom but I guess it depends on the layout and content of the page.

submit button + reset

And do you use a reset button with your submit button? personally I hate reset buttons - I only ever click on them by mistake - and then they erase all my data. grr! That's useability
