PHP/MySQL & API Programmer Needed

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I have an existing website that is used as the order fulfillment website for my online ecommerce website. It is already fully developed, coded, running and in use.

On a continuing basis I am implementing upgrades and improvements to the site, and I'm looking for a good programmer to do this for me.

The site utilizes API interfaces with PayPal, eBay and Magento to pull order information and post shipment information back (to eBay and Magento).

I have a 'staging' server with a test database running where changes are implemented and tested prior to use in the production environment. You must know how to migrate these changes from test to production without adversely affecting the existing site and data.

I need a crack PHP/MySql programmer who is also comfortable developing API interfaces to various websites (PayPal, eBay, Magento, etc.)

It would be good if you can also do a bit of GUI type of programming for the front-end of my database interface as well.

Projects are broken down typically into 2 to 5 hour tasks (i.e. enhancements/fixes).

Payment is by PayPal on a weekly basis or as projects are completed and confirmed (implemented on the production server).
