Question Looking for Video Scripting Advice

We're trying to provide an internal video sharing site for our employees. Something where training videos can be recorded, then uploaded to, and ultimately watched or downloaded on any device.

The problem I'm running into is that there seems to be a million different script services willing to sell you their product. However there's almost no reviews or honest testimonials on how good or bad the products are. My 2nd problem is that most of the ones I've looked at are not made in America and have poor customer support.

I've looked at Alstrasoft, Rayzz, PGallvideoshare, and a few others but nothing has yet to stand out or at least not seem like a total rip off.

I open it to you guys. Any product recommendations or advice for video sharing scripts?
