Turning a website into an app

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some general help turning a website into a mobile app.

Here's what I want -
I want to create a webpage which is basically a timetable.
This timetable will have hyperlinks to other pages.
The other pages will have links back to the timetable.

This part I am fine with.

I then want to turn these webpages into a downloadable app which can be installed and viewed on mobile phones without the need to be connected to the Internet.

That is the part I have no idea how to go about. Any help would be greatfully received, thanks.

You will need to go into a little more detail to get any decent help. A timetable of what? And if the device isn't linked to the internet then hyperlinks aren't going to get you much unless they are links to anchors on other pages that are also part of the app. But I am sure people are going to meed greater detail to be of much help in this.

Sorry for not including much detail in the original post, I was trying to be as brief as possible.

The Timetable I will create will be a school timetable, this will be created within a table in html, 5 rows for the days of the week and 6 columns for the different periods. Each cell will contain a piece of text with the particular class at that time. The text will link to another page with a wee bit more information about that class - teacher name, room etc. and a link back to the timetable.

I am fine with creating this.

What I want to know is if I can turn this set of webpages (including links) into a downloadable app which someone could download and instal onto their mobile phone/ipod. They could then access it without having to be connected to the Internet.
I am guessing the web pages would need to be converted to run on the different platforms - apple/android/windows.
