Simple Google Checkout For Coupon Generation

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

Coding in PHP, with Javascript acceptable where additional functionality is required. - The finished project code also needs to be mobile-friendly, so nothing that is known to cause problems for mobile browsers.

Google Checkout implementation for a single digital class of item [email notifications, no download, and pessimistic payment method (ie: card authorised and charged)] with responsehandler notifications.

The item is a coupon code. The code needs to be generated and used in the product description during the Google Checkout process, so the buyer can click on the Google Checkout button, pay for the coupon, be informed what their coupon number is, and then return to the website to begin using that coupon.

On the website side of things the server will check the responsehandler notification for the coupon and will then insert that value into the database to make it active and available for use.

The coupon number (or hashed alpha-numeric string) needs to be quite lengthy, as I don't want people being able to use bots to identify valid coupons, so some sort of anti-bot / spider functionality needs to be in place. Also, it would be better if the Google Checkout button could only be submitted once, to prevent accidental re-submission or submission by bots / spiders. Also, the coupons need to have a usage limitation of 100 uses before the code is removed from the table.

Finally I need two working examples:

1: demonstrating how to retrieve a coupon from the database and setting it to view additional content on a page.

2: demonstrating how to make a coupon that someone has just purchased enable additional content on a page by default, ie: without any further steps required by the customer beyond simply viewing the page on which they wish to see the additional content.

I am familiar with, and am able to code in, PHP ...so I should probably be able to implement the code myself (with no messing around on that side of things for anyone capable of putting this script together) ...and the database and table for the coupons already exists and is in place.

If it would be easier I would be happy to work on this interactively with someone, dealing with each requirement step by step, as I already have many of the required processes in place, and am simply not able to make them function correctly.

2) Payment Amount: $100

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal or Google Checkout. Cheque, cash, or bank transfer if in the Britain.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):
