She has no idea I purchased the wordpress blog for her because we are so busy with many other things. We'll be out of town until friday night.

You get the idea. All of the codes, widgets etc... are all included. She hinted she just wants the
Blog page to be the home page. She also wants the
Gallery set up just like the sample with the drop down menu.
The
Contact page is a must for her. If you scroll down to the bottom of the contact page you can just copy and paste the code provided by just clicking the plus sign that states, Get The Code.

4) Additional Info: Lets recap shall we. Blog, Gallery and Contact pages are what's needed. Set it up just like the sample pages, no customization needed. Once again, the pages have to be set up just like the sample pages so she can just remove what's there and add her own content.
