Different Text Size in IE

If you look at the top nav menu items if FF they look perfect.

But if you look at it in IE the text is all wrong.

Any ideas why?

Also, I can't see the Flash map in IE either.

What do you mean by wrong? It looks the same for me in FF, IE9 and IE8

That is not confirmed. I see that Flash map in all the browsers I have (FF 4, Chrome 10, IE7 -> 9, Opera 11 / Win7)
