I am looking for a highly skilled web developer to create a website. This will be a complex site so only respond if you have the skills. It will require integration of Google maps, user accounts, a feedback system, messaging between users and collecting and paying funds. This website is not a knock-off of anything out there today. Since most new businesses operate at a loss for the first 5 years of existence, have you worked out in a business plan how you will achieve this kind of value in a short time?
