Kollaboze.com Looking for Kollaboraters

I'm in the beginning phases of my business idea. I need someone to help me design my site, not do it for me. I'm looking for someone to stay with me all the way until the business launches. I have many questions, but I will start off with my first one.

My website is www.kollaboze.com. Can somebody tell me why, when you grab the page and move it to the left, the text stayed center, but the heading bar moves with the page?

There are widths applied to the containers (tables) of text where as there's no width assigned to the #whitecenter

PS: Don't you know why using tables for layout is very bad?

Thank You for the reply. I knew it was something simple.
I did read that using tables is a bad idea, but I wasn't exactly sure how go about proper spacing without using them. I'll just read up some more and try to figure it out.
