Wordpress Theme Help

Hi Guys

I'm new to Wordpress themes, and not sure how to edit one properly. I have a screenshot of what we want a site to look like, (here) but not sure how to put it into effect. Could anyone recommended a template that I could edit a bit to give me what I need? It is a fixed width.

Thanks. Yea I've looked through about 30 of those sites over the last 2 days and still can't seem to find one even close to it. Most themes have the sidebar on the right.
