Smile vbulletin help in posting

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my vbulletin 3.8.3,
In forums user's are not able to copy paste content from any other site or from our own site or from any file.

When a user copy paste's any information and submits it, the user is not able to post the content, instead it shows the message:
Quote:
The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 40 characters.
But sometimes when small information(around 10-100 or more then that characters) is copy pasted in the post then it accepts it and it actually posts the content, but when the same process is repeated the same error is shown again.

I don't understand whats the exact problem with this,
Can anyone help me in this?

For that type of support, go to the vbulletin.com members area and make a support ticket, you paid for your product, so you will get the best support.
