How to show products of a specific category with global variable?

Hi all i have a client with this store url http://fatloss.mybigcommerce.com/ please open this url in your browser and see two tabs blow the scroller tabbed names are New Products and Fat Burners.

in the New Products shows new products in the store. and my client say in second tab shows products of category Fat Burners.

please help me how i can show a specific category products here?

is there anyone know global variable for showing a specific category products.?

or can i put php code and mysql query for fetching data for this category?
