need pop up to display picture and contact info on map

1) Project Details: Hello, hope I have the right forum. I am looking for someone to help me out on a usa map I have installed from Fla-Shop. the map is USA and clickable by state/city but when you click on the city it has a pop up but too small and it closes when you move the mouse. I need it to open a new window on the same page similar to the shape and color of the pop up but be able to hold an image on the left of the box with text/description and link on the right. with a close button then your back at the map where you can "zoom out" to USA if needed. If there are multiple locations within the city, I need that pop up to be able to expand and hold those items.

4) Additional Info: I think this is a good product but I haven't purchased it yet because i'm trying it out so we can try to a few cities. They have a free version you can download and hack with but I haven't figured out how to make that pop up expand and keep the code so I am not committed to it yet.
