Virtual Host creation + redirection

Hi,

I have a server with few set of files in Root.. Now i will be creating few folders inside the root as php, mysql with a copy of all files from root. Now i need these folders to be accessed from outside using different domain names, how can i achieve this using .htaccess file .

For eg:

http://www.mysite.com ===> FETCH FILE FROM===> ROOT

http://www.mysite.myphp.com ===> FETCH FILE FROM===> ROOT/php

http://www.mysite.mymysql.com ===> FETCH FILE FROM===> ROOT/mysql
