1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I have a design coded in valid XHTML & CSS that I need coded and integrated into the latest version of vBulletin 4. The design will be used by all of vBulletin 4, from its CMS to the forum.
I would really like to hire someone that could help make a better looking forum homepage because my forum has so many forums and it's so hard to navigate through. To any XHTML/CSS coder, this will be an easy project since my design is already coded out of the PSD. I would prefer that you also know vBulletin, some JavaScript and PHP in case there would be anything cool we can do for easier navigation and functionality with AJAX or something.
2) Payment Amount: $150-$200
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Payment via PayPal. I'd like this completed as soon as possible.

I am looking to hire someone as soon as possible. Work will be done on your own server so I can see. Payment to be made when you show me on your server that it is done. We are to talk together over MSN to really nail this project so it's everything I want.
