umair84 New to the CF scene Join Date: May 2003 Location: Karachi,Pakistan Posts: 3 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	HOWTO TCP/IP socket programming in JAVA Sir, I need urgent help regarding JAVA TCP/IP socket based network programming, i.e. insead of using high level api(servlets,RMI,CORBA etc),I have to use the api provided in "java.net" package(for e.g. :java.net.Socket, java.net.ServerSocket etc). Please provide links, example source-code, tips and tricks etc for socket-based network programming. I am familiar very limited material, which is provided in "JAVA2: THE COMPLETE REFERENCE by Herbert Schildt" and "JAVA HOW TO PROGRAM by Deitel and Deitel".
