Need Jquery programmer for simple search fix

There's a search feature there where people can search for a car by make, model, price etc

Now check out http://lvautoguide.com/cars-for-sale/

See there's a search there as well? that one works.

When people use the search feature on http://lvautoguide.com/ and click a make, it should load the MODEL menu. on the cars-for-sale link it works. On the home page it doesn't.

We have been desperately trying to fix this, but to no avail. You can also see the search here: http://lvautoguide.com/cars-for-sale/search123.php

We will pay for this service, but if someone can do this ASAP we'd really appreciate it - we are completely stumped!
