Does anyone know of a free vector graphics website, and also I love fireworks but dont have a copy, is there an free alternative to Fireworks that people know of. I work for charities and they do not pay for images.

I have got that, but it takes some training cant even change the colours on it. Guess I will have to persist. Do you know of any free vector graphic sites?

inkscape have a help and they have some tutorials, i remember one of them about logo.
i'm bad with graphics, i use sometimes inkscape but often i prefere to change svg by hand since is xml,
the toolbox from the left is the key for navigation and you have on click mouse right a menu after you select what you want to change. To change colors you need to look after fill and stroke, setup from that dialog the way how is filled, color, transparence for both content and border.
