Please Help

Hi there i wonder if anyone could help me, i moved my website from a dedicated server with 1gib ram to a new one with 4gib ram to cope with the extra server load we where having, we had no issues and where running smooth until Saturday when the whole site went down and timed out for several hours, restarts of the server made no difference and on Sunday it timed out for the whole day, my control panel reported http port 80 was offline. It seems to happen at peak times when we have more members than slower times but restarts of apache or any other attempts fail to bring the site back online, please can anyone help, i am at my wits end with this

That is a very vague description of the issue. If anyone here is going to be of help you are going to need to provide a lot more information such as specific error messages from the logs.

If you are paying for your dedicated servers from a hosting company, their tech support is going to be your best bet.
