Showing max 10 results on 1 page from access db

I have a access db containing player profiles and I only wanty 10 profiles to be shown on 1 page and then the page should show page 1, 2, 3, etc.....

My site was done my someone else and they have set this up on one of the pages already but I cant work out how to implement to another page.
