Exclamation Please help with html image link issue...

I recently updated one of my websites Http://www.govivo.net and changed the layout of the links down the left side and also changed some of those link images. The problem I'm having now is when you go to the site, the links on the left side of the pages are slightly darker than the white background. I've verified through photoshop and illustrator that the links background is RGB 255 255 255. So they should match perfectly.

The funny thing is that when you hit ctrl F5 and the page refreshes, the links blend in perfectly. But when you click another link I have the problem again until I hit ctrl F5. Can't figure out why I'm having this problem? I didn't have an issue until I did this recent update. All I changed was the link information and uploaded a few new link images.

If anyone can help me resolve the issue of the links being darkened upon visiting the site I would greatly appreciate it!

Since your website looks fine, I am assuming you are trying to get some traffic to go through your web pages by posting BS. If not, then you must look again at those links.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. This is a serious question, and I appreciate you taking the time to try to help me out. So none of you are seeing an issue with the links down the left side of the page?? On my computer I have the issue on both firefox and internet explorer. Please look closely at the white area surrounding the rounded rectangle of each link. On my computer I can see the white square of the button about 10 pixels outside the border of the rounded rectangle(the white area should match the background but shows up a little darker for some reason). When I hit ctrl F5, the darker white square disappears and blends in with the background as it should have done originally. but only after i hit ctrl F5. It does this on every page of the site when I use these links...? Will someone please look closely at those links and verify if they are experiencing this as well? Thank you!

Thank all of you for your help, glad it looks good to everyone else. I'm assuming it must be an issue with the browsers on my computer...
