Small Website Template CSS Coding

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I need to have a website template coded, it's not a large project at all, very small, but it needs to be coded in CSS, and it needs to be easy adjustable

2) Payment Amount: Whatever needs to be paid, I'll pay

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Contact me via the PM system on these forums and we can work something out.

5) Deadline: It needs to be fixed yesterday, if you know what I'm saying, I know this can be done within the hour by experienced coders, and I do need it fast before I need to have the rest of the website done by this weekend.
