PSD Template coded to HTML/CSS

I need someone to code a homepage PSD template to HTML/CSS.
2) Payment Amount:
I was hoping to find someone from around $25 - $50.. I don't have much money right now :/
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):
PayPal. I can pay part up front if you require, then the rest after I get the files / see it. I need it to be done today / tomorrow if possible.

If you are feeling advantageous you can try it yourself, upload the file to www.jadii.com and it automatiically creates a xhtml/css site from it. Will cost you nothing, well maybe 5 mins of your time. (-;
