MP3 Download Script - Will Pay

Hi, ive been searching for an mp3 download script for years for my website. Ive finally found the script i need, if anyone is able to replicate it they will be compensated accordingly.

How it works is simple, the audio file is uploaded to mp3zee.com, the user is given the download link once uploaded, in that case, http://mp3zee.com/rr5058cv0nuf.

All the user does then is place the link after this url: http://download.im1music.net/?link= to give the final url as above.

This creates the download link on the download page http://download.im1music.net/?link=h...m/rr5058cv0nuf , shows the mp3 information, audio file can also be previewed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont know where to start, as i said im willing to pay for the work.
