I don't even know where to begin, so I guess a quote is the first step. I need to work within my means.

I have been planning/writing this horse racing game simulation for at least two years (in very long detail). The fact is, I'm no coder. I tried my hand at it, but I got a major headache and nothing made sense.

The game will cover:
- online community
- buy, train, race, sell, and breed horses (genetics!)
- different account levels
- forum

I already have the graphics done. This game will not be a simulation game, so I am not looking for a race viewer of any kind. I just need a coder to make the "magic" happen. I'm not looking for a coder right at this moment, but I need to know what a game like this would be priced at in the current market. I'm looking to set this game into motion/coding at least by late summer of 2011.
