ajax not working for some users running windows 7

Hello, can anyway visit the link above and test the domain checker. I've tried in in three different browsers (ie, chrome, ff) and two different OS's (ubuntu and xp) and it works for me in all of them. I also had my friend try it out who is using windows 7 and chrome and it works for him.

My problem is that my partner has tried it on two different OS's (xp and 7) and and FF, and IE with no luck. It hangs when it checks for an available domain.
