Programmer wanted, 1000 $ job

We are a serious company. Just starting a new bussines.

We bought a file sharing software and it doesnt work as designed and the support does NOT answer any support tickets.

So, we are looking for an experienced programmer who can fix this software for the needs we want or make a new one from scratch.


The software:

This software wont add bigg files and we need it to add files from 700 - 1800 MB (in .avi format)
Currently it cant add a file of 700 MB

We need a programmer to find and fix the problem, as we are not sure is the problem in the software or in the server settings.

The primary server is a dedicated server and secundary server is bluehost

We also need one option added to this software: add files on link.
Meaning that I just add a link of a file (eg. somesite.com/11.rar) and that it adds a link to our site whithout downloading it to my server (eg. link nulledshare.com/11.rar)
By some site I mean my other server

There is a post from a matching user name on their support forum talking about the exact same problem so it could be legit, but paying $1,000 to fix a script that costs $80?

There is a very important lesson here. Don't ever give someone the "work" before you get paid.
