changing table's HTML in a frame and reloading

does anyone know if I can copy a page's HTML, say from chrome's browser inspector window, manipulate a repeated element in a table, that's embedded inside of a frame (with VBA code in a local office program), then reload it into the browser and have it work?

I'm trying to send out mail to multiple recipients from a website, but the site uses those annoying frames and I don't know how to manipulate them through vba.

so could I possibly copy, manipulate, and reload the manipulated html back into a browser and have it work? I believe the site is using ajax, because the URL does not have a query string in it, when it's obviously querying the server dbs.

thanks!
