how to display values from mysql DB ???

i want to display values from table

table format should be

Field names Data 1 Data2
model no - model1 - model2
modelname - modelname1 - modelname2
date - Date1 - Date2

data should go like horizonataly from the table ( this colums can be vary not fixed according to the search form results)
first fild of the table colum headings and rest of others data
