Auto Sales Website - Coder Needed

Hi guys, i am looking for a proficient coder with expert knowledge in creating Dynamic sites, wrote freehand in languages such as Php, MySql and JavaScript.

The site will advertise autos in a very similar way to auto trader . com.

The site will be super basic asthetically, so much of the coding required is back office, which i have limited knowledge. just the scripts required, no hosting etc for this one.

I have a design which is 90% complete just putting the finishing touches on.

The sites main features are:
auto search facility with use of zipcode for distance related searches,
Route planner with print facility,
Magazine view, where all the inventory can be viewed imitating a magazine with some refining features,
A dealer only area, where dealers can view their stock and make adjustments,
A forum where dealers can interact with eachother(dealer only),
A sub site where dealers can find trade stock, very similar to the main site but again for dealers only,
