virtual hosts in apache

How do you set them up?

Actually if any know a site that covers the whole apache config that would be even better..

Hmm, I don't know if this is what you want, but Apache has documentation on configuration files.

More spececific: <http://httpd.apache.org/docs/vhosts/> when it comes to the 1.3 version and <http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/vhosts/> when it comes to the 2.0 version.
