Creating a Link to submit information on anohter site.

Hello All,

I am a newbie but can get around with using dreamweaver. I basically want to be able to have a link. On my website. pointing to this website "https://www.dmepdac.com/dmecsapp/do/search" but filling out the "Manufacturer/Distributor*" field with "ABCDEFGH" and searching. Is this even possible? Yes i know it will direct me to their site which is what i want.

I currently have my website pointing to the UPS tracking page. You fill out Zip Code order number on my page hit submit and it goes to the UPS site filling out that information and it does the search. But i want to be able to do the same but with a link on the page i am showing on the top. ANY help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

(If you need more information let me know)

Hi alphabetman,

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. I'll be able to help more if you can explain a little better what you're trying to achieve.

Are you saying that you want their form, on your website?

Or that you just want a link on your website to that form?

Or that you want to create a form that does the same things as the one you linked to does, but on your own site?

If you can provide a bit more information that would be great. Perhaps the code you're using? (If any at the moment!)

Make sure you wrap it in tags though!
