Question Can someone explain me this url? I'm confused !

Hi once again!

here is the URL:
http://static3.csem.eu/Images/FELT_M...PublicPlot.png

As I'm a beginner, I'm really confused how this url points to an png image but still html with css settings is used to center image!

How that is possible? What runs that html or what ever is?

DrDOS is infamous around these parts
Opera also preloads the images on a page, so it's very good for viewing images, very fast.

re

Sorry do not know fully but the clue to it being an image is the last file format .png
or is that too simple? There are no settings on the page of CSS or HTML and in my browser the image is not centred. If you need to know more about a webpage try view/page source in your browser menu
