Looking for a basic CMS

Hi,

I need a very basic CMS, for example I have a table called user, and there is user_id, username, name and phone. I want a very simple layout for it and able to add fields to the database,

PS: I am looking for an open source solution, I know this is coding forum, but I am asking here as I am sure someone might know an open source solution for it. Thanks
