Create a form provide control to enter Name and provide Start and Exit buttons.
Declare an event to change the focus by using the different arrow key(example left,right,up,down);
Declare an event to change the font color of Start and Exit button when the user move the mouse pointer to these button.
Declare an event to start the race or exit when the player press the key while having focus on start and exit button.

Is this supposed to be for Java or javascript? This description could be either.
