my menu is corrupte my design

when I put more lines in my menu
it looks bad and it is corrupted

look at the end of my design
how can I solve the problem



after added more lines



should I change my design width and hight from begining at (photoshop and slicing step )
if yes .. then when my contents increase suddenly
what can I do ??
