Need correct way to place this image. IE and Chrome rendering wrong.

In FF it looks fine, of course. What can I do to fix this? I'm privy to the IE double margin bug, but I can't decipher how to fix that from the articles I have read. Thanks in advance!

Fix the errors in your markup first, see http://validator.w3.org/check?verbos...%2Flanding.php

Your #sidebar1 has only got 250px width. How can you assign a width of 450px to an inner element(table) along with some extra margins? Remove that width from table and margin from #form. You may set some padding if required.

Thanks!

Ok, did that. But why is my bottom picture of the people not rend
ering correctly in IE? I need that to be flush with the sidebar and footer and no white space.
