Hi I hired a guy to do a CMS project on Scriptlance over 45 days ago and he has only completed half. He can't seem to understand the changes I need to make the script useful. Its a celebrity based CMS script. The work might probably be further along than I think but I won't know until someone takes a look at the script and tells me how long.
