I can't find a glowing orb guide.

I need to know how to create a animated glowing gif in photoshop but don't seem to be able to do so. I did the normal google search but it's amazing how useless google has started to become with being able to provide you with useful information now. Could not find a thing after searching 14 pages. Anyone know of a good guild please let me know. It needs to be text / graphics because I can't watch movies on account I'm on dial-up and videos are to slow.
