Looking for Flash Game developer (Facebook + PHP + Flash)

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
With the current craze surrounding social gaming we're looking to get into the space, we're looking for a Flash developer to work with us on the design, development, and creation of the game.

We have a team of PHP developers, and content writers, we're looking for someone who is going to be able to develop our ideas who has an attention to detail, an eye for design, and someone who's going to help us build an engaging interesting Flash game that captures peoples attention and encourages people to play time after time.

We have ideas about the type of game we wish to make (we won't discuss specifically here) but, it will be a farmville esque game (in terms of graphics etc...) but with a different story, strategy etc...

The game will need to be able to work of a 'credits' system or ingame money system, by which we can take real world payments for the ingame currency as well as the ability to earn the currency in-game.

2) Payment Amount: We're looking to pay based on how long it takes. Tell us your rates.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal or Wire, we look to hopefully have a working version of the game ready for testing in 2-4 months.
