embedding vimeo into a ap div

Hey

I just signed up on here hoping to get some help putting my portfolio website together.
I'm a motion graphics designer and don't really know much about making websites but after a bit of trial and error if got it together using ap divs and but now I need to get some videos on the page.
Is there a way to embed a vimeo into a ap div?

Can you not just paste the vimeo embed code into the div?
