Viewing another page through HTML

Hello

I run a social network. Along the right hand side there is a button where people can click and see how many notifications they have such as "X wrote on your wall" and things like that... basically updates about their friends.

Now what I would like is for the information within that link to be just displayed straight away when they log in. I have tried this but have not being sucessful.

I am running the network on SocialGo and they offer a custom HTML/CSS editing service so it can be done using either one of them

Basically I just want to create a box that displays everything that is inside the notification link.
