My Joomla site was Hacked, need someone to put it back to normal

1) Project Details: My site was hacked about two weeks ago by some saudi arabia hackers (so it said on my front page) I was able to retrieve and create a new user/pass for my Joomlas backend. But i dont seem to be able to get my site back up the way it was, i need someone who knows how to get it back up to do it for me and i will gladly pay for the service.
