Does anyone recognize this flash controller?

Someone sent me a file to edit but I can't seem to find the stupid controller... it is not in the video and I don't see any external files that look like they're attached to it... does anyone recognize this controller bar at the bottom of the movie? I'm just hoping to figure out what it is so I can edit the functions.

What i normaly do is click the show and hide icon in the timeline for the layers to see what disappears. If its not in the time line then someone could have coded it in using the action window. You will have to look thru the code and find the instance name used on the symbols.
