Looking for a programmer to develop a site using mysql/php

I'am looking for a developer/programmer to help create a site with me. You will need to have a good understanding of php and mysql and must be able to work frequently on this project. A good specification has been constructed and bonuses will be given by me. The domain and logo have been built so all that is required is the actual site.

The project is to do with the music industry and should become very popular. Perhaps a student or graduate would like such a role in our small company.
