Coding help for a start page ( index.php)

1) Project Details:

Need coding help for my site http://www.starfleettraffic.com . Many of you in here have for sure been in contact with the script. I have new design done and need help to implement it on the first page.
The script generats different outputs on the first page since there are 3 membership levels.
The script comes with a default design for the first page and need to be changed. Need to change the index.php so its fits to my design.

The header and footer that you see will not be changed. Only the center of the site ( membership levels, sign up form).

I have all files, pictures, html.


2) Payment Amount:

$ 100, up front $ 50 and $ 50 when done.

Iam paying via paypal and its no hurry with the project. But before July 10 if possible.

You receive. FTP log in, new design files, pictures...

I guess its no problem to implement this but can take few ours....

I have also other projects simmilar to this that need help....
