May have worked for you, but not for people using other browsers on a Mac. Firefox displayed ONE image (tazhas_dark_image_1152.gif) on that link you gave. One image with a "broken path":

File Extension IMG
Disk image used to mount a file system; can be mounted like a disk drive (e.g., an external hard drive), or an optical disc (e.g., a CD or DVD); stored on the hard drive, but is recognized as a disc or hard disk when mounted by the computer.
IMG files were used by Mac OS 9 and earlier versions of the Mac OS; they have been replaced in Mac OS X by the newer .DMG disk image format. NOTE: In some cases, renaming an IMG file's extension from ".img" to ".iso" allows other programs to open the file.
The .img extension is used by MANY graphics programs, but not browsers on a Mac.
